Application of «LUX» Fabric Adhesive
The textile adhesive for bonding fabrics or non-woven materials is supplied ready to use.
For your specific production equipment (calenders, presses, laminators) and specific application units, we can manufacture a product with the necessary viscosity and thixotropy indicators to ensure correct operation on your line.
1. Preparation. Materials must be dry, dust-free, and cleaned of oils.
2. Application. The adhesive is applied to one of the surfaces to be bonded. Recommended consumption: 20–50 g/m² (wet film).
3. Drying. Partial or complete water drying (moisture evaporation) is required before thermo-activation.
4. Bonding. Materials are joined under pressure and temperature (calendering).
5. Polymerization. Full crystallization of the adhesive seam occurs after 24–48 hours.
